A passionate and enthusiastic yoga and fitness instructor dedicated to guiding people of all ages and fitness levels to feel their healthiest, both in body and mind, while cultivating a love and respect for the art of yoga and exercise. Joanna developed a love for fitness and wellness at a young age from dancing at a local studio near where she grew up. This passion for wellness and love for working with people led her to an Exercise Science and Wellness degree. Joanna is a 200hr RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) through the Yoga Alliance as well as a certified group fitness instructor through the Athletics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). Outside of being a fitness/yoga instructor Joanna loves to go on long walks, kayak and to spend time with family. She is also a lover of animals, especially cats and dolphins.
