Yoga - Hatha, Vinyasa, Meditation & Restorative

I have been practicing yoga for about 5 years now. With a passion for fitness and helping others, I completed my 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training through Urban Bliss Yoga School in 2020. Going through my teacher training was a life changing experience, and I am excited to continue growing in my yoga practice. My favorite styles of yoga include vinyasa, ashtanga, and anything hot! For me, every time I step on my mat it is a reminder that I am a lot more physically and mentally stronger than I give myself credit for. My yoga practice brings me closer to myself and serves me in so many positive ways and I hope to share that with my students.
